December 2004 - June 2008

While at Midtown Partners, we became the 5th most active placement agent in the country for PIPE transactions, #2 for PIPEs for companies with Market Caps below $100mm & #1 for Market Caps below $50mm. Our main focus was on negotiating PIPEs, Restructuring of PIPEs & Recapitalizations with PIPEs as our main financing vehicle. Our list of clients and tombstones of our transactions could be found on our website at www.midtownpartners.com

Managing Member at Kreger Rohan Capital Management

February 2003 - May 2006

At Kreger Rohan Capital Management, my colleague J. Rory Rohan & I, started, founded and grew the Crisis Management Fund, LP. We had a cumulative return of about 50% over the three years. Our focus was on analyzing & dissecting companies that the financial community believed to be in crisis situations and we took a contrarian approach to try to find hidden value & sought out how we could best hedge these positions given the potential risk associated with each investment opportunity. We also took a look at crises that were turned around through PIPEs and distressed debt.

Sr. Associate PIPEs group at H.C. Wainwright & Co., Inc.

January 2004 - December 2004

We were the number 3 most active placement agent in the country for PIPEs in 2004 when I completed my tenure with HC Wainwright. At that time only Roth Capital and Rodman & Renshaw completed more PIPEs transactions than us. Focusing on PIPEs in this investment banking team combined with my years of credit analysis helped me become the banker I am today. We focused on negotiating and closing of PIPE transactions for emerging public companies.

Chief Financial Officer at Kreger Truck Renting Co., Inc.

August 1995 - December 2003

While at Kreger Truck Renting Co., Inc (which was founded in 1889 by my Great Great Grandfather) I was second in command at the oldest full service truck leasing company in the United States. Our reputation was of giving a high level of service, quick response and only taking on companies of the highest credit and longevity. Located in Brooklyn, NY & Newark, NJ I focused on companies in and around Metropolitan NYC and North Eastern New Jersey. We built relationships with many of the largest U.S. banks that did asset based lending and continue to maintain those relationships.

President at Total Quality Beverage Company

1997 - 1999

The company was focused on becoming a regional beverage distributor with the goal of eventually becoming national with a larger breadth of non-alcoholic alternative beverage brands. We distributed Hidden Sping Water, Dad's Creamy Red, Orange and bottled Root Beer, Blue Range Juices, Cafe Cola and Elliots Amazing. We sold the business as our exit strategy to Blue Range Beverage Company in New Hampshire in 1999.
